🛠️ I'm Not a Programmer

I can't write "hello world", but I can run it
I feel like a mechanic who, with AI help, learns to design engine parts
Without ChatGPT for research and Claude for writing code, this would never have been possible

💡 It All Started with a Wallet

I encoded a Satergo wallet file to Base64
Stored it inside a token on Ergo blockchain
With CLI commands and API calls, I managed to retrieve and reconstruct it
I understood something key:

If I can save a wallet... I can save anything.

🔐 The Challenge: Encrypt BIP39 Without Breaking Them

I wanted to encrypt seed phrases, but keep them valid for any wallet
First attempt was shuffling the order with Fisher-Yates shuffle based on password
But it failed the BIP39 checksum. It wasn't valid.

🧬 From Mixing Words to Encrypting Bits

I understood that BIP39 is a binary system, disguised as words
I started working at bit level:
Convert phrase to binary
Derive keystream with SHAKE-256
Apply XOR
Recalculate checksum

Result: Another completely different phrase, but also valid.

🧪 Iterations and Evolution

From the beginning I added iterations to strengthen keystream derivation
Later, I discovered Argon2id: the ideal algorithm for this task
I decided SCypher's future will use only Argon2id, no custom iterations
I'm waiting for OpenSSL with Argon2id to be standard in Linux for integration

⚙️ SCypher v2.0 – What I Built

Deterministic and reversible XOR encryption
Input and output: valid BIP39 phrases
Keystream derived with SHAKE-256
Automatic checksum recalculation
No external dependencies, only Bash + OpenSSL
UI with CRT amber colors, interactive menu
Basic environment audit and memory cleanup

🌐 Publishing It Forever

I compressed SCypher, split it into base64 fragments
Stored them on the Ergo blockchain
Created a web that:
Retrieves pieces from blockchain
Joins them automatically in browser
Delivers final .xz file to user
Integration with Nautilus wallet for donations

📚 What I Learned

BIP39 words are bits with a word mask
XOR can be powerful with a good keystream
BIP39 checksum is non-negotiable
Bash + AI can achieve incredible things
What matters isn't perfect programming, it's not giving up
Blockchain can be an eternal safe

🌍 Why I Did It?

Because a server can crash.
Because a file can be deleted.
But if you engrave it on the blockchain...
it never gets lost.
